Hartford Public Library on Wheels

The Hartford Public Library’s mobile library will be in the Free Center parking lot from 8am – 1pm!

Covid-19 safety precautions and guidelines will be followed.

We believe
that the city’s public art and cultural activities are visible expressions
of civic pride.

Through our initiatives, we aim to contribute to the quality of life of Hartford residents as they experience their community.
