HONORARY POSITIONS:
After the excitement and success of naming Hartford’s first Poet Laureate last year, the Commission on Cultural Affairs will be appointing a Troubadour and Flow Artist to promote and represent the arts in our community.
Application deadline: February 15, 2021
Appointed artists receive a yearly honorarium of $1000. Artist terms last for three years.
